A proud Richland High School graduate, Dr. Nikhil Malhan is honored to return to the Tri-Cities with advanced expertise in endodontics and a passion for educating the next generation of dental professionals.
He earned his undergraduate degree at Washington State University, his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University in 2018, and a Master's in Endodontics from the University of the Pacific with a concentration in microsurgical techniques and restorative preservation.
A board-certified endodontist and member of the American Association of Endodontists, Dr. Malhan focuses on patient-centered care and collaborates closely with general dentists on long-term solutions. His calming chairside manner and clinical precision have earned the trust of patients throughout Washington.
Dr. Malhan is also deeply invested in dental education. He teaches weekly at the University of Washington's Endodontics Department, begins a faculty role at Pacific Northwest University in 2026, and travels annually to Guatemala to lead a hands-on surgical training course for residents at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. He has also been invited to lecture at the American Association of Endodontists Annual Conference. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, swimming, snowboarding, cooking, and exploring the local culinary scene.
